Natalia has passion for helping people with their fitness and wellness needs and is excited to share her talent with Advance Integrative Medicine! Graduated from Harper College in 2020, earning two Associates and obtaining her Massage license. Her education at Harper has provided her with a strong foundation in both health sciences and hands-on therapeutic techniques, preparing her to deliver high-quality, client-centered care!
She utilizes her skills with clients to reduce tension and find freedom and ease through massage and movement. She understands that massage therapy is an integral part of injury prevention, rehabilitation and overall heath. She uses a variety of techniques including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Gentle therapeutic stretches, and Cupping tailored to her clients’ needs.
During her time off she enjoys traveling, working out, cooking, photography and spending time with her boyfriend and cat.
