Katie is a certified phlebotomy technician trained in venipuncture through the American Academy of Phlebotomy Technicians. In addition to her work at Advance Integrative Medicine, she is also a phlebotomist at Rush Oak Park.
Driven by a passion for broadening scientific understanding and improving healthcare, she received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Saint Louis University in 2021 and has worked as a research assistant in both vision and vestibular labs. Outside of work, Katie enjoys West Coast Swing and Latin dance, playing piano, and reading.
