Chiropractic

At our clinic, care is never one-size-fits-all. Every visit is guided by experienced doctors who take the time to understand how you move, what you do, and what your body needs to perform and heal well.

Dr. Krista Ribando, DC, MS, ICSC, CCSP brings an advanced sports medicine and rehabilitation background to patient care, blending chiropractic treatment with movement analysis, stability training, and performance-based rehab. Her focus is on restoring efficient movement patterns and helping patients return to daily life, sport, and training with confidence.

Dr. Zachary Serven, DC emphasizes individualized treatment plans that combine hands-on care with corrective exercise and education. His approach centers on improving joint function, reducing pain, and empowering patients with tools they can use outside the office to support long-term results.

Dr. Colleen Hile, DC integrates precise chiropractic care with a whole-body perspective, focusing on coordination, mobility, and nervous system function. She works closely with patients to address the root causes of discomfort while supporting sustainable movement and recovery.

Together, our doctors collaborate to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care that goes beyond symptom relief. Appointments are designed to be intentional, educational, and tailored to your goals—whether that’s pain reduction, improved movement, or higher performance in sport and life.

Trigger Point Injections

Trigger point injections are a treatment used to relieve muscle pain and stiffness caused by trigger points—tight “knots” of muscle that can be painful when touched. When using Sarapin and Marcaine, the injection typically combines the natural anti-inflammatory properties of Sarapin with the numbing effects of Marcaine (a long-acting local anesthetic).

Sarapin is a plant-based extract derived from the pitcher plant and is known for its ability to reduce inflammation and pain without affecting normal nerve function.

Marcaine (bupivacaine) provides localized pain relief by temporarily blocking nerve signals in the injected area.

Together, they help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and provide both immediate and lasting pain relief without the side effects associated with steroids.
